Hello!

I have installed OpenGeeeu on my Eee Pc 900, but there are some issues.

The window manager don't use hardware  graphics acceleration.

And some IO units don't work (mic/webcam).

I'm using Xrender (not software) and I got the drivers installed.

But some how Xrender don't use the hardware graphics acceleration.

Bye the way, the hot-keys don't work....

I know this issue. I have a EeePC 701 and the volume keys don't work at all. Instead, I use the Mixer module for changing the volume

Is there a fix for the graphics?

I realy like this dist, but when it uses software rendering it drains the battery very fast, I might change back to ubuntu 9.04 which uses much less battery power/hour.

please help me to use the hardware rendering

greetings

Do you mean Ecomorph?
For using it, you have to log out and choose "E17 - Ecomorph" In the Session menu.

I will try that.

But what I meant was that XRender don't use the graphics driver.
