can't get MyPaint painting uploaded

Says uploader is full, I should choose smaller file. (Though how a painting done in MyPaint can be too large to be uploaded to MyPaint website beats me).
Also 'insert image' somehow freezes and can't paste image url.
Help please!

Uploads are practically disabled on the this forum. The "Insert Image" button works just fine here. All it does is insert the following tag, which you can put a link to your image in.
