Hi everyone, we're in a hurry. OpenGEU is almost going to be released. It will be an upgrade for anyone with geubuntu. It will be a downloadable iso for anyone who still didn't try out Geubuntu or would like to pass it to friends and foes. OpenGEU is completely bugfixed, or at least, all the known bugs has been fixed in OpenGEU so we think you'll like it but... we migrated to a more normal WIki. So that it is also printable and more professional. The Italian Wiki was like this already, the english one was still here: http://opengeuwiki-en.intilinux.com/index.php?title=Main_PageWhat we ask you now is just to visit our new wiki (find it in our website) and update it with the information and pictures from the old WIKi. I cannot do it right now, sorry, I'm really busy with personal work and life and with OpenGEU itself. Se anyone able to read and write and to edit a wiki is welcome and can cntribute hardly this time. You just have to copy past and edit the links man. Can you do it for us? You should update your post with the new link  This would be a good idea to limit edit and creation to registred user only, have a look on Special:AllPages, too much "spam" pages... Today, how many people are really working on this Wiki ? |

If I had rights I would help maintain the wiki but so far I can't do squat. I've been able to delete text, but it requires me entering something in its place.
Sorry Alex, I honestly didn't understand what you mean. What does squat mean? Also, from as much as I know, when you subscribe to the wiki you create create new pages, add and change text, pictures, anything! You just need to subscribe... did I miss something?

I'll translate myself (sorry for being incoherent): If I had administrator rights in the wiki I'd be more than willing to clean up the English wiki. you create create new pages, add and change text, pictures, anything I'm starting to understand it now (after a few hours trying to get it). I was just fustrated trying to figure out the syntax and everything. (This ain't no Wikipedia.) Edit: Forgot to metion I was trying to delete spam pages. |
