Can you upgrade from Cresente to Serena, or do you need to fresh install?

Can an upgrade be accomplished? Is it easy or hard? :)

It should be possible.  I generally just do a fresh install with my personal files on a backup flashdrive.  The wiki article that might help is here.  That should explain how to update the E17 portion.

It is as easy as with Ubuntu and should work flawlessly :)

1)Update Ubuntu through Update Manager (it should have prompted that there was a new release).
For repositories that didn't update:
2)Type
Code: [Select]
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
in the commandline.
3)Change any remaining Hardy to Intrepid.
